aquaculture in the Pamirs.
Infrastructure is underway. Trout production is planned for the next phases.
View the plan01 / THE PROJECT TODAY
A real site, a clear plan and the work already underway.
Our current focus is the infrastructure behind Pamir Trout. The hangar and manufacturing equipment shown here are part of that groundwork. The fish-farming facilities remain part of the development plan.

02 / A CLOSER LOOK
These photographs show the project as it stands today: the site and manufacturing space where the next stages begin.
02 / THE LONG-TERM VISION
A plan to bring trout production, manufacturing
and greenhouse growing together in the Pamirs.
Annual production target
Planned fish farms
Development phases
Two planned rainbow trout facilities, supported by recirculating water systems, an in-house hatchery and feed production.
Local production of hangars, pools and equipment to support the development of the enterprise.
Planned greenhouse integration, water treatment and backup utilities to support a more resilient operation.
Development objectives, not current production figures or completed facilities.
03 / THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Fourteen phases. A planned 56-month programme.
Infrastructure first. Production next. Hospitality later.
Land, site infrastructure and manufacturing.
Farms, greenhouses, hatchery, feed and utilities.
Hospitality, greenhouse expansion and export development.
Months are relative to programme commencement. This is a planned sequence, not a live completion report.
Secure land, approvals and long-lead equipment.
Establish the management base, access roads and site services.
Produce hangars, ventilation equipment and pools in-house.
Construct the first facility, commission water treatment and begin stocking.
Develop crop production connected to the fish-farm water system.
Establish broodstock, incubation, quarantine and fingerling production.
Produce feed for the farms and plan surplus sales to other operators.
Install site-wide utilities, monitoring and backup systems.
Build the second facility and stock from the planned in-house hatchery.
Work toward the combined 200-tonne annual target and expand market relationships.
Develop accommodation and farm visits after the production facilities are established.
Create a dining experience featuring farm fish, greenhouse produce and local ingredients.
Expand aquaponics and explore specialty crops.
Pursue relevant certifications, export opportunities and future expansion.
Farm 1 is planned for months 10–20; Farm 2 for months 27–36. Each design specifies a 30 × 16 metre hangar, 5 metres high, with eight circular pools of 6 metres diameter.
These designs describe future fish-farming facilities, not the current manufacturing workshop.
Later stages include an eco-lodge and farm restaurant. Certification and export readiness remain objectives of the plan.
